By using DateYou.Me's 100% free online dating site (the "DateYou.Me site") and, in consideration of the mutual benefits to you and DateYou.Me relating to your use of the Dating site and/or becoming a Member and receiving the benefits of the online dating service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this "DateYou.Me Agreement"), whether or not you register as an DateYou.Me site Active member ("DateYou.Me Member").
If you wish to become a DateYou.Me Member and communicate with other DateYou.Me Members and make use of the DateYou.Me Active service (including any service offered by us through this 100% free online dating site or any service offered by us through any software/related documentation (collectively, the "DateYou.Me Software") downloaded by you from this 100% free online dating site and/or any instant messaging functionality used by you in connection with such Software) (collectively, the "DateYou.Me Service") offered through the DateYou.Me site, you are required to carefully read this DateYou.Me Agreement and indicate your acceptance of this DateYou.Me Agreement by following the instructions set out in the account registration process contained in this free online dating site.

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by following the termination procedures set out in the DateYou.Me site or upon receipt by DateYou.Me site of notice of termination from you in writing or by email. DateYou.Me site may terminate your membership for any reason at any time without notice to you. If DateYou.Me site terminates your membership in the DateYou.Me Service for breach of this DateYou.Me Agreement, you will not be entitled to any legal action against DateYou.Me site. DateYou.Me site, as a 100% free online dating site, does not guarantee, at this stage, to verify the content posted by members and thus is not responsible to any legal responsibility. Following termination of this DateYou.Me Agreement for any reason whatsoever, you agree to remain bound by the terms of service of this DateYou.Me Agreement.
